How to Use Your Chakra Ritual Box
Begin by creating a calm, intentional space where you can take a few moments for yourself.
1. Cleanse your space
Light the end of your Chakra Sage bundle and allow it to catch briefly before gently extinguishing the flame. Once it begins to smoke, carefully move the smoke around your space as part of your cleansing ritual.
2. Cleanse your crystals
Before working with your chakra crystals, carefully pass each crystal point through the sage smoke. This is traditionally used as a symbolic way of clearing unwanted or stagnant energy and preparing your crystals for your own intentions.
3. Choose your chakra
Select the crystal corresponding to the chakra you would like to focus on. You can work with one chakra at a time or move through all seven, from the Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra.
4. Set your intention
Hold your chosen crystal in your hand. Take a moment to focus on what you would like to invite, release or bring into balance. You can say your intention aloud, write it in a journal or simply hold it in your mind.
5. Begin your practice
Use your crystal during meditation, journaling, manifestation or your own spiritual practice. After your ritual, you can keep your chosen crystal with you or place your chakra crystals somewhere meaningful in your home.
When you’ve finished smoke cleansing, always ensure your sage bundle is completely extinguished in a suitable fireproof dish.
