Refund Policy

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of spiritual and ritual products, candles, incense, oils, and personal care items are non-returnable once opened.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
