How to Use Your Energy Cleansing Kit
Choose the botanical bundle that best matches your intention.
Carefully light the end, allow it to catch briefly and then extinguish the flame so the botanical material gently smoulders. Holding a suitable heat-resistant dish beneath it, allow the smoke to move through your space.
You may wish to move from room to room, paying particular attention to doorways, corners and areas you would like to energetically reset.
As you cleanse, focus on what you wish to release and the intention you would like to welcome into your space.
Your selenite can be incorporated into your ritual or placed within your home. Cleanse your Clear Quartz tower before use, then hold it as you set your intention or position it somewhere meaningful as a physical reminder of that intention.
When your ritual is complete, ensure your bundle is fully extinguished.
